• Redução de 70% de juros e multa: paramento do débito em até 36 vezes.
Observações:
• O acordo só será feito e mantido para os contribuintes que estiverem em dia com o pagamento das parcelas de 2025;
• As prestações do acordo não pagas na data correta serão acrescidas de multa e, se forem reincidentes três vezes, acarretarão o seu cancelamento, que levaria o caso para cobrança judicial e rescisão imediata dos benefícios;
• Após a formalização do acordo, não será possível renegociar.
