A Prefeitura de Lorena, por meio da Secretaria de Governança Digital, apresenta o seu novo aplicativo municipal: o Sipp Cidade, destinado à solicitação de serviços e acesso a informações. Lançada em 5 de novembro de 2024, a plataforma tem como objetivo facilitar a comunicação entre a população e a Prefeitura, trazendo mais fluidez para a chegada e cumprimento de demandas, além de permitir o acompanhamento de serviços, sendo uma importante ferramenta de gestão.
No sistema, o munícipe pode fazer solicitações referentes a IPTU, ISS, limpezas e manutenções na cidade, poda de árvores, manutenção da iluminação pública, ouvidoria, entre outros, diretamente com os setores responsáveis. Ele também tem acesso a notícias, horários de ônibus, cronograma da coleta de lixo e seletiva, listagem de vagas do PAT, comunicados de saúde, alertas meteorológicos, e muitas outras informações.
Vale ressaltar que a plataforma permite a inclusão de outras funcionalidades, buscando facilitar cada vez mais a vida do cidadão lorenense. Uma delas é a Carteirinha PCD de Lorena em formato digital, que já está disponível, sob a coordenação da Secretaria dos Direitos da Pessoa com Deficiência.
Destaque também para o Botão do Pânico, uma ferramenta que visa atender mulheres vítimas de violência e que possuem medidas protetivas. O Botão, que está em fase de desenvolvimento pela Secretaria de Governança Digital, vai funcionar como um pedido de socorro em situações de risco e terá ligação direta com o Centro de Operações Integradas (COI). O cadastro para ter acesso a este serviço será feito pela Secretaria de Políticas para a Mulher.
O Sipp Cidade é totalmente gratuito e já está disponível para download na Play Store, para sistemas Android, e na App Store, para sistemas iOS. Ao acessar pela primeira vez, basta escolher a cidade de Lorena e se cadastrar.
