Lorena vai entrar em 2025 com o pé direito. A Prefeitura Municipal vai entregar, por meio da Secretaria de Obras e Planejamento Urbano, diversas obras a partir de janeiro, visando trazer ainda mais qualidade de vida para a população.
Confira abaixo a lista das principais obras que estão em andamento:
REFORMA DO MERCADO MUNICIPAL
A reforma do Mercado Municipal, no bairro Olaria, está em fase de finalização. O intuito é proporcionar um maior bem-estar para os visitantes e melhores condições estruturais, visto que o local é um importante ponto turístico e de utilidade pública do município. A previsão é finalizar a reforma no primeiro trimestre de 2025.
A obra inclui serviços como reparos no telhado e a troca de calhas; troca dos portões e abertura de um novo portão entre os pátios; reforma nos banheiros; troca do piso do PAT e tratamento do piso do Mercadão; troca da iluminação por LED e colocação de holofotes nos pátios; reforma total do 1º ao 5º andar; pintura interna e externa; além de melhorias na parte hidráulica e de esgoto.
O Mercado Municipal abriga hoje diversos estabelecimentos comerciais, além de serviços públicos, como os postos do PAT, Sebrae, Banco do Povo, Procon, Defesa Civil, além das Secretarias de Obras e Planejamento Urbano e de Desenvolvimento Econômico.
REFORMA DO NOVO IMÓVEL DO CENTRO DE RECURSOS ESPECIAIS (CRE)
O novo imóvel que vai abrigar o CRE (Centro de Recursos Especiais), que atende alunos com deficiência, está sendo reformado pela Prefeitura de Lorena, com previsão de entrega para o primeiro trimestre de 2025. As equipes estão fazendo o acabamento das novas salas e a reforma das instalações já existentes. Recentemente, o local já recebeu novas rampas de acesso, corrimões e cobertura na parte externa.
O CRE é um serviço vinculado à Secretaria Municipal de Educação que hoje atende cerca de 100 alunos. Além de professores especialistas em Educação Especial e de Professores Auxiliares de Mediação de Aprendizagem (PAMA), o centro oferece o atendimento de psicologia, assistência social, terapia ocupacional e fonoaudiologia.
A nova unidade vai poder ampliar o atendimento para até cerca de 200 estudantes. A proposta é também oferecer outras atividades e oficinas para as crianças. O objetivo é transformar o espaço em um centro de referência no tema.
Atualmente, funciona no CIEJAP Milton Ballerini. O novo espaço que está sendo reformado fica na Rua Delfim Bitencourt, 260, no bairro Olaria.
REFORMA DO CAMPO DO GUARANI
A Prefeitura de Lorena está finalizando a reforma do Campo de Futebol do Guarani, no Bairro do Aterrado, com o objetivo de revitalizar o espaço e oferecer uma infraestrutura moderna e adequada, garantindo mais conforto e segurança para os usuários e atendendo às necessidades de lazer da comunidade. A previsão de entrega é para o primeiro trimestre de 2025.
Antes da reforma, o espaço encontrava-se em condições precárias, com alto nível de degradação devido à falta de manutenção ao longo dos anos.
O projeto inclui a ampliação do local, com a construção de um bicicletário, além da troca completa do telhado e das redes hidráulica e de esgoto, assentamento de pisos cerâmicos, substituição das esquadrias, colocação de forro, nova instalação elétrica e colocação de alambrado ao redor de todo o campo. A pintura final também está entre as melhorias previstas.
REFORMA DA EM PROF. MARIA ANTONIETTA ARANTES FERREIRA
A Prefeitura de Lorena, por meio da Secretaria de Obras e Planejamento Urbano, está executando a obra de reforma e ampliação da EM Professora Maria Antonieta Arantes Ferreira, no bairro Cecap. Estão sendo construídas duas salas de aula e uma quadra poliesportiva coberta, com área total de 549,1 metros quadrados, além da reforma da casa do caseiro, drenagem de águas pluviais e pintura geral do imóvel.
O maior objetivo é garantir uma infraestrutura mais adequada para o ensino, proporcionando novas possibilidades educacionais e um maior bem-estar para os alunos, funcionários e comunidade escolar.
A previsão é finalizar os serviços no primeiro trimestre de 2025.
CONSTRUÇÃO DA CRECHE NO BAIRRO VILA DOS COMERCIÁRIOS II
A construção da creche da Vila dos Comerciários II está em fase de acabamento. A unidade, localizada na Rua José Carlos de Carvalho Viana, vai atender cerca de 120 alunos da rede municipal de ensino. A previsão da Prefeitura é finalizar a obra no primeiro trimestre de 2025.
Essa é uma grande conquista para a Educação de Lorena, que terá mais uma creche para atender às famílias no bairro e no entorno.
REFORMA DA ESF HORTO FLORESTAL
A Prefeitura de Lorena está realizando a reforma da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) do Horto Florestal, visando proporcionar melhores condições estruturais e um maior bem-estar aos pacientes e funcionários. A previsão é finalizar a obra no primeiro trimestre de 2025.
A reforma inclui a pintura interna e externa, reparos no piso e no telhado, troca do forro, reparo no alambrado e melhoria na acessibilidade do local.
REFORMA DA EM CONDE DE MOREIRA LIMA (ANTIGO SESI)
A Prefeitura de Lorena está reformando e ampliando a Escola Municipal Conde de Moreira Lima (antigo prédio do Sesi). O objetivo é modernizar a estrutura, oferecendo um ambiente mais seguro e funcional, que favoreça a aprendizagem e o desenvolvimento dos estudantes, além de atender às necessidades dos alunos e da comunidade escolar.
A obra, que já está bem adiantada, abrange tanto a ampliação quanto a reforma completa do prédio. Além da construção de uma nova área coberta, está sendo feita a troca do telhado; das redes hidráulica, de esgoto e de águas pluviais; assentamento de pisos cerâmicos; troca das esquadrias; colocação de forro; instalação elétrica, instalação de combate a incêndio; pintura, entre outros serviços.
