{"id":56923,"date":"2020-07-07T11:39:10","date_gmt":"2020-07-07T14:39:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lorena.sp.gov.br\/wordpress\/?p=56923"},"modified":"2021-06-16T10:34:02","modified_gmt":"2021-06-16T13:34:02","slug":"obras-do-centro-de-eventos-avancam-para-as-proximas-fases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.lorena.sp.gov.br\/wordpress\/index.php\/2020\/07\/07\/obras-do-centro-de-eventos-avancam-para-as-proximas-fases\/","title":{"rendered":"Obras do Centro de Eventos avan\u00e7am para as pr\u00f3ximas fases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As obras do Centro de Eventos de Lorena, desde o seu in\u00edcio, j\u00e1 passaram por terraplanagem, funda\u00e7\u00e3o, estaqueamento da funda\u00e7\u00e3o, montagem das colunas de sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o da marquise e constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos sanit\u00e1rios que ficaram anexos\u00a0a marquise do centro de eventos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Com o avan\u00e7o das obras, na \u00faltima semana, a Prefeitura de Lorena atrav\u00e9s da Secretaria de Obras e Planejamento Urbano, entregou a infraestrutura da marquise com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da laje e a concretagem do deck que contorna a lagoa. O cronograma segue com o levantamento das colunas de sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o da marquise para as pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O projeto arquitet\u00f4nico completo, contempla a edifica\u00e7\u00e3o de um espa\u00e7o coberto \u201cmarquise\u201d e sanit\u00e1rios com 1.148,22 m\u00b2; estacionamento com 1851,67 m2 com 75 vagas para autos, sendo 4 PNE, 7 idosos e mais 37 motos; deck em madeira de 839,34 m\u00b2 margeando o lago; pra\u00e7a de eventos com 807,43 m\u00b2 e pra\u00e7a rebaixada com 267,47 m\u00b2 uma casa pra um zelador das instala\u00e7\u00f5es com 74,79 m\u00b2. O espa\u00e7o contar\u00e1 com 2.040,70 m\u00b2 de jardins e canteiros e acesso pavimentado com 369,31 m\u00b2.\u00a0O Centro\u00a0est\u00e1 sendo\u00a0constru\u00eddo em uma \u00e1rea no bairro Mondesir que margea a Rodovia Presidente Dutra e a Estrada Chiquito de Aquino, ao lado direito da entrada principal de Lorena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color:
