A Defesa Civil orienta que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o esteja atenta aos \u00edndices do URA que pode trazer muitos problemas a sa\u00fade<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Abaixo as a\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias conforme cada \u00edndice do URA:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">I. Quando o \u00edndice de URA for maior que 30% &#8211; situa\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0NORMAL<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">II. Quando o \u00edndice de URA estiver de 30% a 20% &#8211; ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Evitar exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos ao ar livre entre 11 e 15 horas; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Umidificar o ambiente atrav\u00e9s de vaporizadores, toalhas molhadas, recipientes com \u00e1gua, molhamento de jardins etc.;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sempre que poss\u00edvel permanecer em locais protegidos do sol, como por exemplo, em \u00e1reas vegetadas;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Consumir \u00e1gua \u00e0 vontade. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">III. Quando o \u00edndice de URA estiver entre 20% at\u00e9 12% &#8211; ALERTA<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Observar as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do estado de aten\u00e7\u00e3o; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Suprimir exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos e trabalhos ao ar livre entre 10 e 16 horas; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Evitar aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es em ambientes fechados; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Usar soro fisiol\u00f3gico para olhos e narinas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">IV. Quando o \u00edndice de URA estiver abaixo de 12% &#8211; EMERG\u00caNCIA<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Observar as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do estado de aten\u00e7\u00e3o e alerta; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Interromper qualquer atividade ao ar livre entre 10 e 16 horas, como aulas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, coleta de lixo, entrega de correspond\u00eancia, etc.; 3) suspender qualquer atividade que exija aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas em recintos fechados, entre 10 e 16 horas; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Durante as tardes, manter \u00famidos os ambientes internos, principalmente quartos de crian\u00e7as, idosos e hospitais.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">s \u00edndices do URA, podem ser observados nos sites que fornecem a previs\u00e3o de tempo ou tamb\u00e9m atrav\u00e9s de informa\u00e7\u00f5es recebidas por SMS da Defesa Civil do Estado, basta cadastrar o CEP da sua rua enviando um SMS para o n\u00famero 40199.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uma das preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es da COMPDEC nesse per\u00edodo de estiagem diz respeito a Umidade Relativa do Ar (URA).
