Assim sendo, o funcionamento da mesma fica novamente suspenso, com base no <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lorena.sp.gov.br\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Decreto-7407.2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 7.407\/2020<\/a><\/span> e <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2020\/decreto\/D10282.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Decreto Federal 10.282\/2020<\/a><\/span> (regulamentado pela <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2020\/lei\/L13979.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Lei Federal 13.979\/2020<\/a><\/span>).
